You will receive confirmation by mail.
All vendors one (1) table, and two (2) chairs.
Spaces are reserved on first come, first serve
basis.
Set-up times: 11am - 1:30pm
Event hours: 2:00 - 10:00pm
Booths can be broken down after 9:30pm and must
be completed by 10:30pm.

- You can start setting up at 11:00am.
At 9:30pm,
please start closing down as quickly as possible so
we may vacate premises no later than
10:30pm.
- Your booth will be
strategically located to maximize your sales
success and marketing outreach. Your booth
number will be announced shortly to
accommodate last minute booth registration.
Concert Staff will be visiting your booth
throughout the day to ensure that you’re
taken care of.
- Electrical outlets
will be available for food booths. Please
bring your own extension cords and power
strips.
- You may drive your vehicle up to the
ramp to unload your equipment, however you
must comply with
Hollywood Park Casino parking rules.
- All vendors are
responsible for maintaining their own
spaces, which includes booth decoration,
signage, and janitorial services. Clean-up
fees will be charged if the space is not
properly maintained.
- If you see anything
suspicious, please report it immediately so
we can ensure a fun and safe environment for
all of us. If there’s an emergency, call
9-1-1.
- At any time, Concert Staff may ask for
proof that you’re an authorized vendor.
- As vendors, you have
paid your registration fee for the right to
sell your products and services, and the
ability to reach a wide audience at the
Concert. Don’t let others ruin the
fun by “piggy-backing” on your fees. If you
see unauthorized vendors, please report them
immediately so we can ensure your success as
a vendor.
- Neither the Concert Staff, the Sponsoring
Organizations, Hollywood Park Casino will be
responsible for any injury that may arise to
Vendors, their employees, guests, or
visitors while within the confines of the
space set aside or contracted by the
exhibitor, or for loss or damage to any
goods from any cause while in transit to or
from the display site, or while at the
Concert.
Cancellations will be
charged a $25 processing fee. No refunds after
July 7, 2007. Returned checks will be charged
$25 + bank costs.
